Gauteng branch of the South African chapter of the International Professional Organisation for
Writers and Illustrators of Children's Books
SCBWI SA was started by Marjorie van Heerden. She and Elaine Ridge are based in Cape Town and are Regional Advisors for South Africa. Jenny Hatton is Assistant Regional Advisor and arranges events in Gauteng. She is assisted by Julia du Plessis.
