Jozi Book Fair and CCIBA (Centre for Comic, Illustrative and Book Arts) presents: Toonlab Workshop On Political Cartooning, Saturday 7 August, venue: Workers Museum, Newtown, Johannesburg, time: 9am - 4pm. This will be fascinating and challenging one-day interactive introduction to the world of political cartooning. The workshop will also feature visiting French political cartoonist Luc Morvandiau. The presentations will include facilitated practical sessions with the participating cartoonists. The best work produced on the day may be published in the forthcoming Toonlab Tabloid, published by CCIBA in collaboration with Iziko Cape Town. This could be the start of your cartooning career!
